Missions & Outreach

A Heart for Missions

At One Life Learning, one of our core missions is to make quality English education accessible to all. Beyond the classroom, we hope to use education as a means of serving communities, supporting children in need, and sharing God's love both locally and overseas.

Local Missions

Since 2021, we have partnered with various Family Service Centres in Singapore to provide weekly subsidised tuition to students from underprivileged families as a way of serving and supporting our local community.

Overseas Missions — Uganda Partnership

Since 2024, One Life Learning has partnered with Mavuno Academy, a school and orphanage in Uganda, to support educational, community, and outreach initiatives.

These include:

📚 Education & Literacy

Supporting students through English education, educational resources, and a school building project.

🍛 Community Support

Creating employment opportunities within local communities, conducting feeding programmes, and supporting outreach initiatives.

✝ Christian Outreach

Encouraging communities through fellowship, worship, discipleship, and Gospel-centred outreach programmes.

Part of OLLC’s tuition proceeds goes towards supporting Mavuno’s school building project after the school building was lost in August 2024. In January 2025, a new plot of land was acquired and construction of the new school commenced.

Upcoming Mission Trip — December 2026

In December 2026, OLLC will be organising a mission trip to Uganda in partnership with Mavuno Academy. The trip will involve educational outreach, community programmes, and Gospel-centred ministry opportunities.
